to happen in 2016
We’re building success
in the heart of LA’s fashion district.
Stanford Plaza is a fully built commercial condominium building also known as the Stanford Regency Plaza. It is located on a double-corner site bound by Pico Boulevard on the north, Stanford Avenue on the east, and 14th Street on the south, in the Fashion District area of Downtown Los Angeles.
The Project is a niche type of property, a wholesale showroom building in the Downtown Los Angeles Fashion District that attracts an elite pool of potential buyers compared to a typical multi-tenant retail center.
Upon completion, the 148,147-square-foot project will be a multi-level complex with 131 commercial condominium units on three above-ground levels with four subterranean levels (three for parking, one "courtyard" commercial level). The Stanford Plaza has three subterranean levels of 388 convenient parking spaces. The courtyard level is marginally below grade, and units on this level will have full commercial exposure to a central, open courtyard. Units will range in size from approximately 600 to 1,900 square feet and average 1,122 square feet. Ground floor retail units will have +/-19 feet of clear height, allowing for potential mezzanine space (if permitted). Other levels will have +/-15 feet of clear height. The central courtyard creates an open-air mall feel. Ground floor retail units will have exposure to the street and the interior courtyard. All other levels will look out onto the courtyard.
